Her expertise lies in challenging clients to stand up their “WHY” and tap into the human emotions that influence their most critical stakeholders. In doing so, Sophia specializes in helping brands, and their executives, articulate their visions, craft and tell their stories, measure their impact, and enhance their reputations.
A champion for diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), Sophia architects communication frameworks that strengthen company culture, nurture talent and bring people together to drive change. She has spearheaded these initiatives for organizations such as Deloitte, Xandr (formerly AppNexus), OU Kosher, and Urban FT. Forward-thinking and relentless, her guiding ambition is to spur a reimagination of business ethos, driving corporate cultures that are built on equity, collaboration and innovation.
Prior to founding TRC, Sophia held roles at global PR firms including Weber Shandwick and Burson-Marsteller, where she designed and executed initiatives for B2B, B2C and B2B2C clients inclusive of Bank of America, U.S. Bank, Capgemini, Turkcell, IBM, Infoblox, Elavon, NCR, Hewlett-Packard, SAP, KAYAK, and Food Network. In her most recent role as head of content and editorial for Mercer’s International Region (100+ cities and 41 countries), she launched the firm’s first global publication, Voice on Growth, turning it into Mercer’s most-read content engine and lead generator.
When she’s not in the office, Sophia’s off exploring new lands, meditating or snuggling her rescue pup, Obi-Wan.
With nearly 15 years of experience helping well-known B2B and B2C brands craft their communications strategies, Colby is a master storyteller. She understands how to turn whitespace into hard-hitting messaging and opportunities into powerful platform pillars.
She has led marketing and communications teams across a myriad of industries, from successful product launches for IBM to international content marketing for Alibaba Cloud to managing highly engaging email marketing programs for Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts.
Her career has taken her from New York City to Asia and back again. This experience has given her a unique global perspective and a first-hand understanding of the importance of personalization in communications.
Her most recent role was as Principal Consultant at Text100 Hong Kong (now Archetype), where she led regional APAC teams, helped manage the local office of 25 consultants, and provided strategic counsel to multinational companies including Salesforce, Akamai, Fox International, and F5.
When she’s away from her laptop, you’ll find her in the boxing ring, on a yoga mat, or hanging out with her husband, Rich, and rescue dog, Griffin.
A respected thirty-five year veteran of the marketing services industry, Greg leads enterprise-level client partner development and revenue growth for The Relentless Collective.
Over his career, he has been highly instrumental in spearheading the revenue growth of new and emerging marketing agencies – helping transform them into thriving, nationally (and internationally) renowned organizations.
His previous leadership has been with companies including Kaplan Thaler Group (ultimately acquired by Publicis), Nitro (acquired by Sapient), Berlin Cameron (purchased by WPP), and The VIA Agency (named an “Ad Age Agency of the Year”).
When he’s not harvesting new business relationships, you will find Greg jogging around his beloved Long Island or painting its breathtaking waterfront scenery.

As a professed news junkie, Joe is passionate about continually monitoring the media cycle and sparking meaningful opportunities for clients to craft messaging that resonates and join the conversation.
When he’s not writing and strategizing on behalf of clients, he enjoys creative writing, travelling, cooking and watching documentaries.
Kristen has nearly two decades of marketing experience working across digital, public relations and communications initiatives. She began her career in the corporate communications world and as the term “digital” began to evolve into deeper roots in the marketing space, she launched a digital practice for her agency at the time, securing clients in the parenting space including the stroller company Maclaren and Plum Organics.
Throughout her career, Kristen has worked on a range of parenting brands including Philips AVENT, GoGo squeeZ, Johnson & Johnson and Mattel. In 2016, as part of an overall marketing strategy to create more consistency for the target audience (millennial parents), MSL Group secured the full creative lead work for the launch of Pampers Pure, with Kristen leading all earned digital and paid and earned influencer relations efforts. She partnered with over 300 influencers for the product launch and developed the social content creative that appeared on Chrissy Teigen’s, who served as the Pampers Pure spokesperson, social channels targeting over 25 million followers.
Kristen is a born and raised New Yorker and therefore her life depends on the Yankees win/loss ratio.
A 15-year digital media veteran, Sean is considered a guiding light in the digital marketing landscape. With an extensive background in developing comprehensive digital marketing solutions, Sean uses data and human psychology to power holistic and hyper-targeted omni-channel client solutions. Fusing critical insights with market intelligence, his solutions are known for driving user acquisition, multiplying conversions and strengthening brand-focused outcomes. Sean leads initiatives for Fortune 500 brands as well as major distributors in the entertainment industry. Industry agnostic, he has delivered record-breaking performance results, surpassing revenue and profit-margin objectives.
Sean has also worked at the grassroots level, strategizing and building business’ digital strategy, managing and optimizing them from the ground up. Bringing this spirit with him in every role, Sean marries agility with cutting edge user acquisition and marketing strategies to help brands uncover and execute available, but unknown sustainable solutions across a wide range of areas including: planning, ad ops, trafficking, e-commerce (landing page conversion rate optimization), and creative direction.
In his spare time, you can find Sean playing basketball with his son, meditating, and dreaming up new ways to to use data to create meaningful marketing moments.
